I am here to help you with your journey to optimal nutrition with custom coaching packages and courses to suit your goals and your lifestyle. Learn new ways of eating, from a low-carb/low-sugar diet to a "Keto" diet, to Mediterranean to Paleo - even Weight Watchers! And whichever path you choose, I'll help you find your "why" so the changes you make will last a lifetime.

I have been through the coaching process myself as a client and I know the questions that need to be asked and answered on any weight loss journey. I am a certified nutritional coach and have a degree in psychology, a master's degree in family counseling and another master's degree in education. My passion is education and teaching others. I will teach you about how to find a healthy relationship with yourself and the food you eat, and will guide you with any eating style you prefer. You will come away as a teacher yourself and be able to explain your healthy eating style to your friends and family.
